Engineering hydraulic
equipment for India's
heavy industry.
Fluidline Hydro Equipments is a Kundli-based manufacturer of hydraulic unloaders, EOT cranes, grabs, cylinders and components, serving the sugar, steel, cement, port and heavy engineering sectors across India since 2001.
From a single
workshop to a
complete hydraulic engineering
manufacturer.
Fluidline Hydro Equipments was founded in 2001 by Mr. Ravinder Sharma on a clear premise: India's heavy industry deserves hydraulic equipment built locally, engineered to international standards, and supported for the lifetime of the installation. That premise has shaped every decision we have made since.
What started as a small fabrication workshop has grown into a full-scope manufacturing operation covering nine product categories under one roof. We design, machine, assemble, test and certify every unit ourselves. We supply customers from sugar mills in Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra to steel plants across Chhattisgarh and Odisha, port operations on both coasts, and foundries and engineering plants in Punjab, Haryana and the wider National Capital Region.
Today the business is led by directors Abhishek Sharma and Amitash Sharma, continuing the engineering-first culture that the founder built. We have intentionally stayed focused on heavy industrial hydraulics rather than spreading thin into adjacent categories — that focus is what allows our engineering team to go deep on application specifics, and it is why customers keep coming back for the next plant, the next expansion, and the unit after that.
Nine product
categories,
all built in-house.
Our product range is built around the equipment that moves heavy industry: cranes that lift, unloaders that handle bulk material, grabs that grip, cylinders that actuate, and the components and machined parts that make hydraulic systems work.
Hydraulic Unloaders
For sugar mills, ports and bulk handling operations.
EOT Cranes
From 1 MT to 40 MT, single and double girder configurations.
Hydraulic Grabs
Orange-peel, clamshell and cane unloading variants.
Hydraulic Cylinders
Single-acting, double-acting and telescopic types.
Hydraulic Components
Valves, pumps and motors from approved brands.
Hydraulic Fittings
Hosepipes and end fittings rated to 420 bar.
CNC Turning
Precision machining services to ±0.02 mm.
Hydraulic Filters
Suction, return and pressure line configurations.
A complete
in-house manufacturing
operation in Kundli, Haryana.
Our manufacturing facility at the EPIP Kundli Industrial Estate brings together every stage of production under one roof. That integration is what allows us to control quality, compress lead times and respond quickly when a customer needs a custom solution.
- Heavy fabrication shop with plate cutting, rolling, welding and structural assembly capability
- Precision machining floor including CNC turning centres and conventional lathes
- Hydraulic cylinder manufacturing line with honing, chrome plating and assembly stations
- Crane assembly bays with overhead lifting capacity for full unit assembly
- Hydraulic test rig for pressure testing cylinders and power packs to specification
- Quality control lab with measuring instruments, hardness testers and dimensional gauges
- Paint and finishing booth for industrial-grade protective coatings
- Inventory and dispatch facility for finished goods, spares and incoming materials

ISO 9001:2015
certified, with quality
built into every stage.
Quality is not a final inspection at Fluidline. It is built into how we source materials, how we manufacture, how we test, and how we document. Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system covers every department from procurement through dispatch, and every unit we ship is accompanied by its test certificate.
- Material traceability for every batch of plate, bar stock and component
- In-process inspection at fabrication, machining and assembly stages
- Hydraulic load testing of cylinders and power packs to 1.5× working pressure
- Crane load testing to 125% of rated capacity before dispatch
- Dimensional inspection using calibrated measuring instruments
- Final certification documenting test results, material traceability and inspection records
The principles
that shape how we work.
Engineering
before sales
We do not push products. We engineer solutions. Every conversation starts with understanding the application before any quote is issued.
Manufacturing
under our control
We do not outsource core manufacturing. Quality consistency requires that the people responsible for it work in the same building.
Customisation
as the default
Most of what we make is engineered to a specific customer requirement. Generic products are the exception in our shop, not the norm.
Lifetime
support
A Fluidline product is not finished when it ships. It is finished when the plant is running — and we stay engaged for the operational life of every installation.
Honest
pricing
We compete on engineering and quality, not on cutting corners. Our pricing reflects what it actually costs to build hydraulic equipment that lasts.
Long horizons
over quick wins
We invest in customer relationships that span decades, not transactions. The next order is more important than this one.
Numbers we've
earned, not
advertised.
Twenty-five years of in-house design, fabrication and commissioning — from a small workshop in 2001 to a full-scope manufacturer with 1,000+ installations across India and 12 export markets.
Three doors in.
One reason they stay.
Customers tend to come to us through one of three routes. Some find us when they have had a poor experience with a generic supplier and need someone who will engineer to their specific application. Some are referred by existing customers who have run our equipment for years without issues. And some come to us specifically because they need custom solutions that catalogue suppliers cannot deliver.
All three groups stay for the same reason: the equipment works, the support is real, and the engineering quality is consistent.
