Hydraulic unloaders engineered for
high-volume continuous operation.
From sugarcane unloading systems handling thousands of tonnes a day to bulk material bridge unloaders for ports and steel plants, our hydraulic unloader range is built for the most demanding handling environments in Indian industry.
Engineered for the
application, not
the catalogue.
Hydraulic unloading systems are the workhorse of bulk material handling. In sugar mills they unload trucks of cane around the clock during crushing season. At ports and steel yards they handle scrap, ore and finished material with grab attachments.
The reliability of these systems directly determines plant throughput, which is why we engineer every unloader to the application from the ground up. Our approach starts with the material — its density, geometry, moisture content and how it behaves in a grab — before specifying crane capacity, span, grab size and hydraulic power pack output.
Every Fluidline unloader system is backed by our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and includes full documentation — load test certificates, hydraulic test records, material traceability and as-built drawings — delivered at commissioning.
Standard range
and custom parameters.
The table below shows our standard engineering range. Most installations require parameters outside any single row — share your application details and we will confirm what is achievable for your specific site.
| Parameter | Range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Lifting Capacity | 2 MT to 40 MT | Includes grab + material weight |
| Bridge Span | Up to 30 metres | Single or double girder construction |
| Height of Lift | Up to 20 metres | Application dependent |
| Throughput (Sugar) | 100–500 T/hr | Depends on grab size and cycle time |
| Grab Volume | 0.5 m³ to 8 m³ | Cane, scrap, bulk material types |
| Duty Class | Class II to Class IV | As per IS 3177 |
| Power Supply | 415V / 3-phase / 50 Hz | Custom voltages available |

The engineering
advantage behind
every system.
Application-specific engineering
We size every grab, bridge and trolley to your actual material, yard layout and throughput target — not to a generic specification that fits no one perfectly.
In-house hydraulic integration
The grab, power pack, control system and structure are all designed and built by us. There is no interface misalignment between components sourced from different suppliers.
Proven in sugar mill operations
Our unloader systems operate in sugar mills across Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Haryana — some running continuously through 6-month crushing seasons without unplanned downtime.
Lifetime spare parts and support
We maintain drawings and component records for every system we supply, which means we can supply the right spare the first time — years or decades after original installation.
Technical questions
answered for
hydraulic unloaders.
What capacity bridge unloader do I need for a 5,000 TCD sugar mill?
A 5,000 TCD mill typically requires an unloader system capable of handling 250–400 tonnes of cane per hour. The exact bridge capacity, span and grab size depend on your truck fleet dimensions, yard layout and number of unloading bays. Our engineering team will size the system after reviewing your site parameters.
Can your unloaders handle wet bagasse or green cane?
Yes. Our grab tine geometry and hydraulic actuation force are sized for the higher density and adhesion of wet cane and green cane bundles. The hydraulic power pack is specified with adequate flow and pressure margin for these more demanding material conditions.
What is the lead time for a custom hydraulic unloader?
Lead times for complete unloading systems typically range from 8 to 14 weeks depending on capacity, span and the complexity of the electrical control system. We can provide a firm schedule at the time of order confirmation. For replacement grabs, lead times are typically 4 to 6 weeks.
Do you supply the hydraulic power pack as part of the unloader system?
Yes. Every complete unloader system we supply includes the hydraulic power pack, designed and assembled in-house to match the flow and pressure requirements of the grab actuators and trolley drive. This ensures system-level reliability rather than mixing unmatched components from different suppliers.
Can you retrofit an existing crane with a Fluidline hydraulic grab?
Yes. We regularly supply grab attachments and hydraulic systems for retrofit to existing bridge cranes and unloaders from other manufacturers. We will need the crane's safe working load, hook height, power supply details and headroom dimensions to engineer the correct interface.
What after-sales support do you provide for installed unloader systems?
We provide commissioning, operator training, periodic inspection, scheduled maintenance and spare parts supply. Our service teams travel to customer sites across India. For sugar mill customers, we schedule planned maintenance visits during off-season to minimise disruption to crushing operations.
