Hydraulic
Trolley
Heavy duty hydraulic trolleys for sugar mill cane unloading and bulk material handling. Built to handle continuous duty cycles with payloads from 2 MT to 10 MT and operating pressures to 210 bar.
Hydraulic trolleys
for sugar mills and
bulk handling.
The Fluidline hydraulic trolley is a track-mounted, hydraulically actuated material handler designed for applications where a truck or trailer carrying bulk material must be tipped, lifted or unloaded at a fixed station. The primary application in India is sugar mill cane unloading: the trolley runs on rails alongside the cane carrier, a hydraulic cylinder extends to push the truck body over, and the cane discharges by gravity to the feeder below.
The hydraulic system operates at 175–210 bar working pressure, with cylinder bore sizes from 80 mm to 200 mm selected to match the payload and the required force. Cylinders are manufactured in-house at the Kundli facility with chrome-plated rods, honed bores and low-friction seals rated for long service in dusty mill environments. The hydraulic power pack is integrated into the trolley structure for a compact, self-contained unit.
Each trolley is engineered to the geometry of the trucks and trailers that will use the facility — wheelbase, body width, tipping angle and discharge height are all confirmed before structural design begins. The result is a trolley that works reliably with the mill's existing vehicle fleet without requiring modifications to truck bodies or the civil structure.

Designed for
mill environments.
In-house Cylinder Manufacturing
Cylinders are built at Kundli with chrome-plated rods, precision honed bores and Hallite or Parker seals — designed for continuous duty in the abrasive environment of cane yards.
Truck-geometry Matched Design
Trolley dimensions — saddle width, contact points, cylinder position and tipping angle — are engineered to the specific truck and trailer dimensions used at the customer's facility.
Compact Integrated Power Pack
Hydraulic power pack, reservoir, valves and controls are all mounted within the trolley frame — no separate power house required, reducing installation time and civil cost.
High-pressure Tested
Every cylinder and power pack is hydrostatic tested to 1.5× working pressure before assembly. Final functional tests are run on the completed trolley before dispatch.
Trolley
configurations.
Side-tipping Trolley
The most common configuration for sugar mill cane unloading. The truck drives onto the trolley, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the body to one side and cane falls to the cross-conveyor or pit below.
End-tipping Trolley
Cylinder acts on the rear of the truck body to tip forward. Used where the discharge point is directly ahead of the truck and lateral space is constrained.
Lifting Platform Trolley
Vertical lift cylinder raises the truck or material container to a higher discharge level. Used at split-level plants where the carrier is below grade and the conveyor is above.
Industries and
use cases.
Why specify
Fluidline.
Cylinder Expertise
Cylinders are the critical component in a hydraulic trolley. Ours are manufactured in-house with tight dimensional tolerances, quality seals and full pressure testing — not bought from generic suppliers.
Mill-specific Engineering
Every trolley is engineered to the specific truck geometry, discharge height and cycle rate of the customer's mill. Generic solutions do not fit sugar mill reality.
Spares Availability
Seals, cylinder liners, pumps and valves are stocked and available ex-Kundli. Mill operators cannot afford extended downtime during crushing season — we know this.
