Hydraulic components and fittings,
supplied with application engineering support.
Valves, pumps, motors, hosepipes and end fittings from leading domestic and imported brands. We do not just sell parts — we help you specify the right component for the system, with the engineering judgement that comes from building hydraulic equipment ourselves.
Component selection
is where reliability
starts or fails.
Component selection is where most hydraulic system reliability issues actually originate. The wrong valve, the wrong pump capacity, a hose rated below the actual pressure spike, a fitting that does not match the line size. Each is a small decision that becomes a large failure once the system is running.
Because we manufacture hydraulic systems ourselves, we know which components work in which applications, and we supply with that knowledge built in. We do not stock every brand on the market — we stock the brands we have validated through use in our own equipment, operating in demanding industrial environments across India.
Whether you are sourcing components for a new system, replacing worn parts in an existing installation, or responding to a breakdown, our team can advise on the correct specification, confirm availability and organise despatch — often same day for commonly stocked items.
Key specifications
across each product line.
The table below summarises the principal specification parameters for each component category we supply. Share your system requirements and we will confirm the right component and brand for your application.
| Component | Specification Range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Directional Control Valves | NG6 to NG25 / up to 350 bar | Manual, solenoid and pilot actuation |
| Pressure Control Valves | Up to 350 bar | Relief, reducing, sequence, counterbalance |
| Gear Pumps | 2 to 200 cc/rev / up to 250 bar | Single and double pump configurations |
| Piston Pumps | 18 to 500 cc/rev / up to 420 bar | Fixed and variable displacement |
| Hydraulic Motors | Gear, vane and piston types | Speed and torque matched to application |
| Hydraulic Hose | Up to 420 bar working pressure | Single, double and four-wire spiral construction |

system builder.
We specify, not just supply
When you tell us your system pressure, flow and application, we recommend the correct component — not just the nearest available part. That engineering input comes from 25 years of building hydraulic systems.
Approved brands only
We supply from a curated list of brands we have validated through use in our own manufactured equipment. We do not offer low-cost substitutes that look right on paper but fail prematurely under industrial duty.
Same-day despatch for stocked items
We maintain stock of the most commonly demanded components — standard gear pumps, directional valves, seal kits and hose assemblies. Breakdown enquiries received before noon are typically despatched the same day.
Hose assemblies made in-house
We assemble hydraulic hose in-house to any length with any combination of end fittings. Each assembly is pressure tested before despatch. We can also match assemblies to existing hoses from a physical sample or drawing.
Technical questions
answered for
hydraulic components.
What brands of hydraulic components do you supply?
We supply components from a curated list of approved domestic and imported brands that we have validated through use in our own manufactured equipment. We do not stock every brand on the market — we stock the brands we trust in demanding industrial applications and can advise on the best option for your specific system pressure, flow and duty requirements.
Can you help me select the right hydraulic pump for my system?
Yes. Pump selection requires matching the pump type (gear, vane or piston), displacement, speed range and pressure rating to the system's flow demand and maximum working pressure. An incorrectly sized pump either starves the actuators at high load or runs above its rated pressure, shortening service life. Share your flow requirement, working pressure, maximum pressure and prime mover speed, and we will recommend the correct pump.
What is the maximum pressure rating of your hydraulic hose?
We supply high-pressure hydraulic hose in single-wire, double-wire and four-wire spiral braided constructions. Our four-wire spiral hose is rated for working pressures up to 420 bar with a minimum 4:1 safety factor on burst pressure. For most industrial hydraulic systems operating at 160–250 bar, double-wire hose is the appropriate selection.
What thread standards do you stock for hydraulic fittings?
We stock end fittings and adapters in BSP (British Standard Pipe), NPT (National Pipe Taper) and metric thread standards, covering both male and female configurations across a comprehensive range of sizes. We also stock reusable and crimp-type end fittings for hose assembly. Non-standard interfaces can be sourced or machined to specification.
Do you supply directional control valves for mobile hydraulic applications?
Yes. We supply directional control valves for both stationary industrial and mobile hydraulic applications, including monoblock and sectional types with manual, hydraulic pilot and solenoid actuation options. For mobile applications, we can specify valves with load-sensing capability, anti-cavitation protection and integrated relief valves appropriate for open-circuit mobile systems.
Can you supply components urgently for a plant breakdown?
Yes. We maintain stock of the most commonly required components — standard gear pumps, directional valves, seals and hose assemblies — and can often despatch the same day for urgent requirements. Call us directly on +91 98682 11646 for breakdown enquiries and we will confirm stock availability and despatch timing immediately.
