These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Fluidline Hydro Equipments website, fluidlinehydro.in, and any commercial supply of products or services by Fluidline Hydro Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (“Fluidline”, “we”). By using the website or transacting with Fluidline, you agree to these terms.

Quotations and orders

All quotations issued by Fluidline are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted only on receipt of a written purchase order or signed acceptance of our quotation, subject to credit verification and advance payment terms where applicable.

Specifications

Specifications, drawings, capacities and ratings published on this website or in our marketing materials are indicative. Final specifications for any supplied unit are confirmed in writing on the order acceptance and the approved general arrangement (GA) drawing. Customer-side responsibilities — including foundations, electricals up to the unit, building modifications and ancillary services — are the customer’s scope unless explicitly included.

Delivery and risk

Delivery dates are estimates and run from the date of receipt of confirmed order, advance payment and approved GA drawings. Risk passes to the customer on dispatch from our works. Title passes only on receipt of the full contract value. Delays caused by force majeure events, customer-side approvals or material availability are excluded from delivery commitments.

Warranty

Fluidline warrants its manufactured equipment against defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from commissioning, or eighteen (18) months from dispatch, whichever occurs first, subject to operation within the rated duty class and adherence to documented preventive-maintenance schedules. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the affected component at our works. Bought-out items (motors, valves, electricals) carry the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty.

Liability

Fluidline’s aggregate liability under any single contract is limited to the value of that contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, including lost production, plant downtime, loss of profit or third-party claims.

Intellectual property

All drawings, designs, calculations and technical documentation produced by Fluidline remain our intellectual property. The customer is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the documentation for the operation, maintenance and servicing of the supplied unit, but may not reproduce, transfer or use the documentation for manufacture by any third party.

Use of the website

The content of this website is for general information and product enquiry purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant its completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Reproduction of website content, in whole or in part, requires our written permission.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sonipat, Haryana.
