Fluidline Hydro Equipments designs and manufactures hydraulic unloaders, EOT cranes, grabs, cylinders and components for sugar mills, steel plants, ports, foundries and heavy industry across India. Every unit is custom engineered, ISO 9001:2015 certified and field-proven.
Fluidline Hydro Equipments was founded in 2001 by Mr. Ravinder Sharma on a single thesis: heavy machinery shouldn't be a black box. The customer should know who designed it, who welded it, and who they're calling at 2 a.m. when something doesn't sound right.
Twenty-five years and 1,000+ installations later, that's still how we work. The business is led today by directors Abhishek Sharma and Amitash Sharma. One engineer owns your job from brief to commissioning. Spares are stocked for the life of the asset. Drawings are kept on paper, in a fireproof room at the Kundli works, for thirty years.
Every product is engineered around a single duty cycle — yours. No shelf-stock with your name stamped on it.

Bridge-type unloaders, hydraulic trolleys and cane unloading grabs engineered for high-volume continuous operation in sugar mills, ports and bulk handling. Spans to 30 m, capacities to 40 MT.

Single- and double-girder EOT cranes from 1 MT to 40 MT, custom built for spans up to 30 m and your shed's duty class.

Drawings, calculations and specifications produced for your approval — including general arrangement and load tests.
Materials sourced from approved suppliers with full traceability, then manufactured under our ISO certified quality system.
Every unit goes through hydraulic load testing, dimensional inspection and functional testing before dispatch.
Our service team handles installation, alignment, hydraulic charging and load trials anywhere in India.
Spare parts, preventive maintenance contracts and field support for the operational life of every Fluidline installation.
A complete in-house manufacturing operation at the EPIP Kundli Industrial Estate — fabrication, machining, assembly, testing and dispatch under one roof.
SolidWorks & AutoCAD modelling, FEA on stress-bearing members, GA drawings approved by your team before a plate is cut.
Plate cutting, rolling, welding and structural assembly — heavy press-brake forming up to 12 m girder lengths.
CNC turning, milling and boring of pivots, sheaves and bearing housings — to ±0.02 mm tolerance.
Hydraulic cylinder manufacturing line with honing, chrome plating and assembly stations under controlled conditions.
UT, MPI and DPT in-house. Crane load-test bay rated to 125% of capacity. Hydraulic test rig to 350 bar.
Shot-blast, prime and finish in a dedicated bay. Customer-specified paint systems and DFT documentation.
Our team installs, aligns, runs in and trains operators on every unit we ship — anywhere in India.
Spares for 20+ years. Annual servicing. Breakdown response inside 72 hours, anywhere in the country.
Our equipment runs where downtime is expensive and reliability is non-negotiable. Each industry we serve has unique requirements — and we build those into every design.
Cane unloading systems, mill-house cranes and juice handling components rated for the wet, sticky duty cycle of cane crushing.
Clinker grabs, raw-meal silo cranes, scrap handling EOTs — abrasion-resistant tines, dust-sealed cylinders, A6/A7 duty class.
Heavy-duty orange-peel grabs for ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, MSW transfer stations, marine-grade hydraulics for ports.
