Keep it lifting.
Whoever built it.
Grab repair and re-tining, hydraulic cylinder reconditioning, EOT crane spares and annual maintenance contracts — for Fluidline equipment and for grabs and cranes built by other manufacturers. Lifetime support is not a slogan here; it is a department.
Out of warranty
doesn't mean
out of support.
A grab or a crane doesn't stop earning when it leaves warranty. It stops earning when nobody will repair it properly — when the original supplier has moved on, the drawings are lost, and a worn set of tines is quoted as a whole new grab.
That is the gap our service operation exists to close. We repair and re-tine hydraulic grabs from any manufacturer, not just our own. Bring us a grab with cracked tines, seized pivots or a leaking cylinder, and it comes back rebuilt with Hardox wear surfaces, fresh bushes and seals, and a hydraulic test certificate — usually at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
A good number of our long-term customers first arrived exactly this way: as a repair job on someone else's grab. The repair proved the workshop. The next new unit, they ordered from us.
Six service lines,
one workshop,
every make.
Everything below runs out of our Kundli works — the same fabrication shop, machining floor, honing line and test rig that build our new equipment. Repairs are done by the people who build these machines, not by a separate service franchise.
Grab repair & re-tining
Hardox 400/450 replacement tines, pivot rebushing, structural crack repair and cylinder overhaul for orange peel, clamshell and cane grabs — any make.
Hydraulic cylinder reconditioning
Barrel re-honing, hard chrome rod refinishing, full seal kit replacement and pressure testing to 1.5× working pressure before return.
EOT crane spares
Wire rope drums, sheaves, thruster brakes, couplings, gear sets and crane wheels — manufactured to drawing, or reverse-engineered from the worn part.
Rotator & swivel service
Rebuild of grab rotators and hydraulic swivels: bearing and seal replacement, gear inspection, leak testing under pressure before dispatch.
Preventive maintenance AMCs
Annual contracts with service visits scheduled into your shutdown windows — including the off-season overhaul cycle sugar mills run on.
Breakdown response
A 24×7 service line and an engineer on site — or your unit received at our works — within 72 hours, anywhere in India.
Planned maintenance,
priced for your duty cycle.
An annual maintenance contract with Fluidline is built around your operation, not a generic checklist. The sequence is the same for a single grab or a full crane bay:
- Survey. A service engineer inspects every covered unit — wear measurements, hydraulic condition, structural checks — and documents the baseline.
- Schedule. Service visits are fixed against your shutdown windows, so maintenance never competes with production. Sugar mills get their overhauls in the off-season, by design.
- Stocked spares. The wear parts your equipment actually consumes — tines, seals, bushes, brake shoes — are identified and held ready, so a scheduled visit is never waiting on material.
- Priority breakdown response. AMC sites jump the queue on the 24×7 service line, ahead of one-off repair jobs.
- Documentation. Every visit closes with a service report: work done, parts fitted, and a flagged list of items to watch before the next visit.
Genuine spec for ours.
Reverse-engineered
for everything else.
For Fluidline equipment, every spare is manufactured to the original drawings we still hold — same material grades, same tolerances, same fit as the day the unit shipped. For other manufacturers' grabs and cranes, we measure the worn component and manufacture a replacement to match, with wear surfaces upgraded to Hardox where the original used mild steel.

Repair, spares and AMC
questions, answered straight.
Do you repair grabs from other manufacturers?
Yes. Grab repair at our Kundli works is not limited to Fluidline units — we regularly rebuild orange peel, clamshell and cane unloading grabs from other manufacturers. We reverse-engineer worn tines, pivots and cylinders from the unit itself, replace wear surfaces with Hardox 400 or 450 plate, and return the grab hydraulically tested. Share photographs and basic dimensions and we will confirm the scope and cost before you ship it.
How fast is your breakdown response?
The service line +91 99100 11646 answers 24×7. For breakdowns we commit to an engineer on site, or your unit received at our works, within 72 hours anywhere in India — typically faster across Haryana, the NCR and the northern industrial belt. AMC customers get priority scheduling ahead of one-off repair jobs.
Do you stock spares for discontinued models?
Yes. We hold the manufacturing drawings for every unit we have shipped since 2001 and continue to supply spares for models that went out of production years ago — our commitment runs 20 years and beyond. For discontinued equipment from other manufacturers, we measure the worn part and manufacture a replacement to match.
What does an AMC cost?
There is no rate card, because no two installations carry the same duty. We survey the equipment first, agree a service calendar aligned to your shutdown windows, and quote a fixed annual figure covering scheduled visits and priority breakdown response. Spares fitted during the contract are itemised separately, so you pay only for what actually goes on the machine.
Can you re-tine a grab on site, or only at your works?
Both. Straightforward tine and pivot replacement can be carried out at your site by our service team, provided there is crane access and a laydown area. Full rebuilds — pivot rebushing, cylinder reconditioning, structural crack repair — come to our Kundli works, where the fixtures, honing equipment and test rig are.
Are repaired grabs and cranes load tested?
Yes. Every rebuilt grab is hydraulically tested to working pressure and function-cycled before dispatch, and repaired cranes are load tested to 125% of rated capacity — the same standard we apply to new units. A test certificate is issued with every repair.
Machine down?
Call the service line.
The 24×7 service line goes straight to the workshop, not a call centre. Tell us the make, the fault and where the machine is — we will tell you whether it is a site visit or a works job, and how fast we can move.
