The hydraulic pump converts mechanical power into fluid power. Every other component in the circuit — valves, actuators, motors — depends on the pump delivering the right flow at the right pressure, reliably, over the service life of the installation. Undersizing causes cavitation and overheating. Oversizing wastes energy and increases heat load. Selecting the wrong pump type for the duty cycle causes premature failure.
Because Fluidline engineers design and build complete hydraulic power packs — and commission them at customer sites — we approach pump supply with real application knowledge. We specify displacement, pressure rating, mounting standard and shaft configuration based on what the system actually requires, not what is easiest to stock.

Gear Pumps

Vane Pumps
Low-noise vane pumps for machine tool and industrial hydraulic applications where quiet operation is a requirement. Good efficiency and moderate pressure rating to 175 bar. Available in fixed and pressure-compensated variants.
Axial Piston Pumps
High-efficiency fixed and variable displacement axial piston pumps for demanding applications to 350 bar. Variable displacement with load sensing minimises energy consumption in crane hoists, injection moulding and servo-hydraulic systems.
