Because Fluidline designs and builds complete hydraulic power packs and systems, we approach filter selection with real application knowledge. We know which micron rating a servo valve circuit demands, where in the circuit the filter must be placed for maximum protection, and what bypass valve rating is appropriate for the system pressure. We supply filter housings and replacement elements that are actually correct for the system — not just the cheapest item on a distributor shelf.
We supply suction strainers, return line filters, pressure line filters and off-line kidney-loop filters, along with replacement elements in all standard micron grades. OEM-equivalent elements for Parker, Hydac, Mahle and Internormen housings are available.

Suction Strainers
Wire mesh strainers installed on the pump suction port or inside the reservoir. Protect the pump from large particles and assembly debris. Typical mesh: 60–150 µm. Pressure drop must be kept below 0.1 bar to prevent pump cavitation — correct sizing is critical.
Return Line Filters
The primary system protection filter, installed on the return line before oil re-enters the reservoir. Removes wear particles generated in actuators, motors and valves. Available in tank-top (spin-on), in-line and duplex changeover configurations. 10–25 µm for general systems.
Pressure Line Filters
High-pressure in-line filters installed upstream of sensitive components — servo valves, proportional valves, precision cylinders. Rated to system working pressure (up to 420 bar). Essential for servo-hydraulic and proportional control systems requiring ISO 4406 cleanliness of 15/13/10 or better.

System-Level Sizing
