Electrically operated overhead travelling cranes in single girder configuration. Capacities from 1 MT to 20 MT, spans to 25 metres, duty class A3 to A5 — designed and built in-house at Kundli.
The Fluidline single girder EOT crane is a standard electrically operated overhead travelling crane in its most practical, economical form. A single fabricated box-section girder spans the bay, carrying an underslung wire rope hoist that traverses along the lower flange. End carriages run on rails fixed to the building structure or dedicated runway beams, giving full coverage of the bay below.
Single girder cranes from Fluidline are specified for capacities from 1 MT through 20 MT and spans up to 25 metres, covering the great majority of workshop, manufacturing, assembly and maintenance bay requirements. Duty classification runs from A3 through A5, appropriate for intermittent to moderate-continuous lifting in engineering and process industry environments.
Every crane is designed to IS 807 and IS 3177, with full in-house fabrication of the girder, end carriages and wheel assemblies. The electrical panel, pendant control and safety devices are assembled and tested at Kundli before the crane is dispatched for site erection. Static and dynamic load tests at 125% and 110% of rated capacity respectively are conducted before dispatch, with test certificates issued.

Full In-house Fabrication
Girder, end carriages, wheel assemblies and electrical panel are all manufactured and assembled at the Kundli facility. No outsourcing of critical structural components.
IS 807 Design Standard
Designed and tested to IS 807 (Design, erection and testing of cranes and hoists) and IS 3177 (electric overhead cranes) as applicable to the duty class and capacity.
125% Load Tested
Static test at 125% of rated capacity; dynamic test at 110%. Every unit dispatched with a test certificate documenting applied load, deflection measurement and inspection records.
Pendant & Radio Control
Standard push-button pendant control; radio remote control available as an option for applications where the operator cannot follow the crane on foot.

Underslung Hoist Crane
Standard single girder EOT crane with wire rope hoist running on the lower flange. Maximum headroom utilisation; suitable for bays where hook height is important.
Top-running Single Girder
Hoist mounted on a crab that runs on top of the girder. Slightly greater headroom required but allows use of standard crab hoists and gives better hook approach for certain bay layouts.
Monorail Hoist System
Single fixed-path beam with an underslung electric hoist. Economical solution for straight-line material transfer — loading docks, machining lines and assembly stations.
