Orange Peel Grab
Lifting heavy and complex loads of all kinds, our in-house developed orange peel grab is one of the best in the industry. It is ideal for handling loads like iron scrap, stones, and rocks, or pig iron. We are happy to customize this grab as per your specifications.
Overview of Services
- Robust design is suitable for the manipulation with rough scrap metal and for conditions on a scrapyard, waste site, or in quarries. Independently drived separate jaws and high-quality hydraulic rotator ensures handle of any shape of goods. Possibility of the supply with hydraulic swiveling (standard) or with an immovable hinge. Using new hydraulic cylinders developed just for grab operation.
- Hydraulic grabs can unload sugar cane from trucks and tractor trolleys having a griping frequency of six cycles per minute. Two hydraulic cylinders can generate a force of about 12,000 kg/cm2 making it suitable for high loads.
- The grab system is run by 15 HP S-1, Duty electric motor which is coupled with plunger pump of 58 Liters capacity. The machine is robust and durable for very rough application with precise controls. The maintenance of the machine is very economical.
